February CurlMix “Oat & Honey Body Scrub”

Hey guys!

Sorry i’ve been MIA!! I’ve been moving for the past week & I am finally done! I’m super excited about it too since now i’ll be able to have my own little recording space for my YouTube Videos and everything.

So, let’s get into what this post is about, the Feb CurlMix. Now I didn’t record the mixing of this product, but I did however take pictures! This month’s mix was more so for the body instead of the hair, but it was amazing nonetheless.

So, as you can see from the title, this was the Oat & Honey Body Scrub.

These were the ingredients:

  1. Coconut Oil
  2. Shea Butter
  3. Sweet Almond Oil
  4. Raw Honey & Oat & HoneyFragrance
  5. Steel Cut Oats
  6. Rolled Oats
  7. Brown Sugar

First, I added the brown sugar & the raw honey & oat fragrance to a glass bowl.

Then I add the coconut oil & mix it together.

Next I added the steel cut oats & mixed that into the mixture.

Then I added the shea butter & mixed that into the mixture as well.

& lastly I added the rolled oats & mixed that in.

I know my mixture is a little runny, but that is soley because I melted the shea butter & coconut oil. It was completely solid & I could do anything with it so I melted it. I let it melt a little too much, but I just put it in thr fridge to harden back up & the scrub it perfect. It also smelled extremely amazing! Like cookies!
